Occupational Medicine

Carle's Occupational Medicine program provides a complete range of services to meet the needs of business and industry. With a branch office based in Carle's Mattoon/Charleston facility, the Occupational Medicine Department emphasizes prevention, early detection and treatment of accidents or illnesses that occur at work.

Services include treatment of work-related injuries, return-to-work evaluations, alcohol and drug testing, DOT physicals, and pre-placement and executive physicals.
